How Junto works
Post your commute
Tell Junto where you start, where you go, which days, and what time. That is the whole setup.
Junto forms your group
We look for a few neighbors along your route whose times line up with yours. When your group forms, you see everyone and your shared schedule in the app.
Everyone takes turns driving
Your group runs on a rolling 14-day schedule that shows exactly who drives each day. Prefer not to drive? You can join as a rider only.
Simple money
You pay $0.40 for each mile you actually ride, prepaid for your scheduled days. Every scheduled day has a $2.00 minimum, so very short rides are still worth everyone's time. Drivers get paid after each day they drive. Every amount is shown in exact dollars before you commit.
Verified people only
Everyone completes identity verification before riding or driving. It is a one-time $2.00 fee, and the receipt is itemized:
Identity verification (Stripe) $1.50
Card processing (Stripe) $0.36
Junto operations $0.14
Plans change
Skip a day when you need to. If a driver skips, the day is offered to the group. Any fee or refund is shown in exact dollars first.
Chat stays in Junto
Coordinate in your group's chat. No phone numbers needed.
