Account details you give us, like your name and email address.

The routes, days, and times you post, so we can match you with neighbors going the same way.

Your group membership and schedule activity, like the days you ride, drive, or skip.

The messages you send in your group's chat.

Basic device and log data, like browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep Junto working.

Identity verification is performed by Stripe. Junto receives the verification result, not your identity documents.

Card details go to Stripe, never to Junto.

To match you into a carpool group and run your group's schedule.

To process payments and payouts, and to send receipts and account email.

For safety, for support, and to improve Junto.

Members of your group see your first name, the route overlap and pickup points relevant to your shared group, and your group's schedule and chat.

Other members never see your contact details.

A small set of companies helps us run Junto:

Stripe processes payments and payouts and performs identity verification.

Supabase stores our data and handles sign-in.

Vercel hosts the app.

Mapbox powers maps and address lookup.

Resend delivers our email.

Formspree runs the waitlist form.

OpenWeatherMap provides the weather shown in the mobile app.

Sentry collects error reports so we can fix what breaks.

PostHog measures how Junto is used so we can improve it.

Junto does not sell personal data and shows no ads.

We only email addresses you give us, and only for sign-in links, receipts, and group notices.

Guest sessions have no email address and are never emailed.

We keep your information while your account is active.

To delete your account and data, write to support@joinjunto.xyz.

Some payment records are retained where the law requires it.

Your data is encrypted in transit, and access inside Junto is limited to the people who need it.

Card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches Junto.

Junto is for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

When we update this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
